The technology of production is casting of aluminum alloy under low pressure on modern equipment with a high level of control at each stage of production. The production line of the factory consists of modern equipment of Italian and German origin. The main raw material for the production of wheels is high-class primary aluminum alloy. Aluminum alloy contains titanium, magnesium, zinc and other elements under stringent proportions to ensure excellent balance of its lightness, strength and toughness. Powder and liquid coating materials of German and Holland origin are used for painting. Quality control of wheel production includes control of alloy, control of unbalance and tightness of each wheel, periodic and certification tests conducted at the testing center of the factory (dynamic, crash test and other tests of finished products). The visit of the two delegations was a continuation of the joint work at the Warsaw Motor Show 2016. Factory tour made a pleasant impression on all participants. Strategy of cooperation for 2017 and the release of new models were discussed during negotiations. Summarizing the results of the meeting, Disla received an order for the production of wheels for delivery to Poland, including exclusive colors and models.
