January-December 2018: consultations on Erasmus+ individual scholarship opportunities to students and university staff (new opportunities are open) (provided daily).. January-December 2018: consultations for project team-winners of Capacity Building projects within Erasmus+ (provided daily). January-December 2018: preparation and updating of documents package to help project teams- winners of Erasmus+ Calls (website, translation of documents, updates of precepts, etc.) - prepared, placed at NEO website, last update in November. January-December 2018: NEO & HERE participation in hearings and working groups of the Parliament of Ukraine on Science and Education. January-December 2018: participation in working groups' activities on implementation of the Law of Ukraine «On Higher Education» and other working groups involved in higher education modernization in Ukraine. January-December 2018: Skype presentations for Ukrainian HEIs (on request). January-February 2018: preparation of the detailed report on the work performed by the National Erasmus+ Office (NEO) in Ukraine to prepare the monitoring card for the Ministry of Education and Science and Ministry of Economy and Trade of Ukraine as well as the report for the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) and Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine. January-February and August-September 2018: updating the monitoring plan of Tempus and Erasmus+ projects in accordance with the EACEA request. January-December 2018: 2 seminars/trainings for beginners on Erasmus+ project proposals writing (on request). January-December 2018: meetings with Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine on planning and realization of activities. January-December 2018: 3 HERE working meeting on planning activities. January-March 2018: ЕАСЕА documentation audit of the HERE project. January 2018: meeting with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine concerning the proposals for the Erasmus+ Call on Capacity building of higher education (signing of mandates). 10 January 2018: participation in the seminar “Marie Curie Action and ICT in Horizon2020 Calls” (Kyiv). 15-18 January 2018: official presentation of the Erasmus+ CBHE project “Improving skills in laboratory practice for agro-food specialists in eastern Europe” (Kyiv). 16 January 2018: training on financial management for Ag-Lab team (Kyiv). 29 January 2018: participation in official opening of the First Winter School for Young Researchers "European Indicators of Educational Research Quality" within the framework of the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Project (Truskavets) (Skype). 29-30 January 2018: meeting of NEOs with project team-winners of Capacity Building projects within Erasmus+ (Brussels). 30 January 2018: Erasmus+ Info Day on SPORT opportunities (Brussels). 31 January 2018: meeting of NEOs cooperation with new Project teams and for Information Campaigns and calls updates (Brussels). February 2018: HERE team activity plan preparation and NEO&HERE website dissemination.
