Electronic registration

In accordance with the active legislation today there is an opportunity to file electronic documents in order to conduct the following registration actions:

  • state registration of physical person, who has an intention to become an entrepreneur;
  • state registration of legal entity, established by virtue of creation of a new legal entity.

Normative basis

  • The Law of Ukraine "On State Registration of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations" (Ukrainian).
  • Order of Ministry of Justice "On Approval of Procedure of Application and Electronic Documents Flow to the State Registrar"", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of 23.08.2011 under No.997/19735 (Ukrainian).

Connection procedure

Computer program "Registration portal" (Ukrainian) is used to file electronic documents to conduct state registration. Registration portal is available in Ukrainian only.

Registration portal is software, represented in the form of Internet-page, which provides formation and filing of documents, required for the state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, provided for by Law of Ukraine "On State Registration of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations".

In order to work with registration portal it is necessary to create individual register entry of an applicant (entry, which is created by an applicant via registration on the Registration portal and is used for identification of the applicant on the registration portal, viewing of information on status of submitted electronic documents for state registration of legal entity or individual entrepreneur, and also for receiving of electronic documents, which are submitted to the applicant by a state registrar).
