1991
During the Wimbledon championship one of Ford's managers suggested Ivan Hynansky, the owner of dealerships known under the style of “Winner” in Delaware and Pennsylvania, to create Ford dealership network in Ukraine.
Ivan Hynansky was not quite interested in opening of dealership business, but he liked the idea of becoming Ford’s dealership in Ukraine. Encouraged by this idea, Ivan Hynansky first came to Ukraine in 1991. It was not long until he came to love the country of his origin (his parents were born in Ukraine but they quit the country in the late 30's)
1992
The company "Winner"
has obtained an official status of dealer of Ford Motor Co. in Ukraine,
shortly after the republic declared its independence
1994
The company "Winner" becomes an authorized importer of Ford Motor Co.
in Ukraine
The Ford workshop was launched, which came to be the largest one in Ukraine at the time. It is back then that first realty was bought, which laid the foundations of our real estate business
1995 - 1998
"Winner" was an authorized importer for Mobil, Gates, Champion and Hoffman,
however, we sold out this business to our advantage because we wanted to hurl all our efforts into promoting Ford's brand name inside Ukraine
1997
Our construction outfit "Winner Construction"
was founded,
that built the first Ford's showroom in Ukraine
in the same year
1998
"Winner Ford Kiev"
received an award
Golden Shovel Award
for high-quality service providing to the customers
and for owner’s loyalty to this business
2000
"Winner Imports Ukraine"
becomes an authorized importer Volvo Cars
in Ukraine
Thanks to the hard work of "Winner"
as one of the leading companies in the
Ukrainian car market
2000 - 2003
"Winner"
had over 150 employees and expended its dealership network up to 8 centers
2004 - 2005
The company represented
the iconic world-wide cars of premium brands Jaguar, land Rover, Porsche to Ukrainian market
In the late 2005 Winner Imports Ukraine represented
5 brands at a time
2005 - 2006
"Winner Imports Ukraine" received a number of important awards
and diplomas,
and the brands successfully extended their model ranges with more and more new models that quickly won the hearts of
Ukrainian people and became multiple-award winners in various automotive competitions and ratings.
In that time, Ivan Hynansky received a prestigious award
"Person of the Year" for charity
2006
Opening a new multi-brand concept dealership in Kiev – "Winner Automotive",
one of the largest in the Eastern Europe
2007
The 15th anniversary of "Winner"
The company crossed the line in 25 000 of sold cars for all period of the company existence
2008
A press conference of Volodymyr Klichko
with his opponent Toni Tompson was held in Ukraine with the support of "Winner" and actress Olga Kurilenko (a film girl friend of James Bond) became the first owner of Ford Kuga AT
2009
The construction of the
new Winner Distributor Center and office building
in Kapitanivka, near Kyiv, was finished
2011
The increase of Ford’s market shares to 5%
This is the highest figure ever for Ford in Ukraine
Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo and Porsche set another important record by reaching 21.7% of market share in the premium
segment
2012
The company celebrated
its anniversary – the 20th anniversary of
Winner in Ukraine

2015
"Winner" launches a new "Wave" strategy with a confidence in the further growth of Ukraine's economy and holds large-scale meetings of all employees
2016
"Winner" signs an exclusive contract with a leading British automobile company Bentley
and becomes an exclusive representative
of the brand in Ukraine
2017
"Winner" crossed the line in 120 000 of sold cars,
and paid 1 billion US dollars of taxes to the budget, and received 4 awards for the conscientious fulfillment
of tax obligations
2018 - 2019
It is planned to open separate dealerships of Jaguar, Land Rover and Bentley,
that will be located on Boryspil road
