The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter – IOM) intends to engage qualified non-governmental organizations (hereinafter – NGOs) to submit budget proposals for participation as Implementing Partners in the project aimed at development and running of the business exchange platform (hereinafter BEP) within the framework of the Project “Integration and Stabilization Support through Livelihoods for IDPs and Conflict-affected Population in Ukraine”.
The project will be implemented given the availability of funding.
The detailed information on BEP purpose and requirements is given in the terms of reference (ToR).
Budget proposal shall be submitted in GB Pounds.
While calculating the budget one shall use the UN official exchange rate as of the budget proposal date, which may be found using the link below: https://treasury.un.org/operationalrates/OperationalRates.php.

The originals of the project proposal and accompanying documents shall be submitted in a sealed envelope at the following address:

It is mandatory for the applicant to submit the complete electronic version of the proposal documents (MS Word and MS Excel) on e-mail address: iomkievtenders@iom.int.
(e-mail size shall not exceed 7 MB).
In the subject of the electronic letter it is necessary to specify:
UA1-2017-2940 – Project proposal – [please, insert name of the applying NGO]
The deadline for the proposal submission is 18:00 05.05.2017
Applications submitted after the deadline shall not be accepted.
The selection process of the project implementing partners will be carried out during the period defined after confirmation of funding, and may include a personal meeting with the staff of the organization in the IOM mission.
All Proponents must sent their query or any request for clarification through email iomkievtenders@iom.int.
The email must be with subject line
UA1-2017-2940 – [applicant’s name] – to the attention of Maksym Koshel”.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to agreement award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected selection participants and Implementing Partners.
