The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to engage qualified non-governmental organizations (NGOs) as Implementing Partners for the Countering Trafficking in Persons in Ukraine Project for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued.

IOM now invites NGOs to provide a Project and Budget Proposal for the following: Self-employment training for the victims of trafficking. More details on the activities are provided in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).

The Implementing Partners will be selected under the Quality/Cost-Based Selection procedures described in this RFP.

The RFP includes the following documents:

Section I. Instructions for Implementing Partners

Section II-III.   NGO Proposal Form

Section IV. Terms of Reference

Section V. Standard Form of Agreement

The Proposals must be delivered by hand or through mail to IOM with office address at IOM Mission in Ukraine, 8 Mykhaylivska Str., 01001, Kyiv, Ukraine on or before October 20, 2014. No late proposal shall be accepted.

Please, indicate clearly on the envelope with the project proposal the tender number UA1-2014-151 and address the envelope to Valeria Brahileva.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to agreement award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Implementing Partners.
