This year, the International Forum of farming development AGROPORT-2016 was held in Lviv and will be held in Kharkiv. The venue has traditionally become terminals, exhibition areas and airfield aprons airports of the two cities. From the point of view of the organizers, it will not only expand the geography of the forum, and will be an important step towards the mental association of farmers in Ukraine, and will create a single field for professional discussions. AGROPORT West Lviv 2016 supported by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine and Lviv Regional State Administration. Forum was held in the framework of the United Nations Organization declared the year of pulses and already included in the calendar of key events of the FAO. AGROPORT West Lviv 2016 , which took place in Lviv on May 26-28, focused on small and medium farmers. Among the key themes – animal husbandry, forestry, cultivation of organic products, the cultivation of fruit, vegetables, horticulture and fisheries. The competition was attended by more than 200 chefs from different regions of Ukraine. Visited the contest to study the experience of cooking and serving dishes of Ukrainian cuisine, more than 500 chefs. The total forecast of the visitors from HoReCa and the agricultural sector during the forum was more than 5,000 people.
