They have high proliferative and differentiation potential, and low immunogenicity. Fetal tissues produce large spectrum of regulatory molecules, specific proteins, interleukins and growth factors unique to early developmental stages. We offer treatment with cell products approved for therapeutic use: • Hematopoietic stem/progenitors cell suspension • Neural stem/progenitors cell suspension • Mesenchymal (stromal) stem cell suspension • Fetal tissue cryo-extract Every stem cell suspension unit is prepared with several so called “satellite” vials, each of which is also cryopreserved. The satellites are later used for viability and differentiation potential testing. The number of stem cell and progenitor cells is what determines the transplantation potential of each sample and is calculated by culture in semi-solid media in vitro. Other satellites are used for bacterial, viral and mycoplasmic control testing. Each cell suspension is PCR tested for the following pathogens: HIV-1/2, CMV, HBV, HCV, HTLV, HSV-1/2, Rubella, Toxoplasma gondii, Mycoplasma hominis, Treponema pallidum, Chlamidium trachomatis. Each sample has an “Analytical passport” which guarantees purity and quality of the cell product. We guarantee that our patients receive thoroughly tested and certified product of high quality. The fetal stem cell treatment procedures are considered to be minimally invasive, and do not require ahead of time medical preparation. The procedure is safe, painless and is performed in our clinic by specially trained personnel.
