The qualified personnel works in the company: developers of mechanical nodes and constructions, electronic equipment and software of scales, setup men and mounters, experts in scales manufacture and service. We have our own resource base – laboratory and industrial rooms, assembly sites and store rooms, a computer room. Company experts execute all complex of operations: from working out of engineering specifications and manufacture of scales to their putting into operation immediately at the Customer. Produced equipment is developed on the modern principles of weight measuring with application of reliable load cells and electronic component parts of the leading world manufacturers. All articles pass climatic and mechanical tests, correspond to the maintenance requirements in industrial conditions. Unlike many manufacturers of scales, SPF "Sweda, LTD" supplies not only standard samples of scales and batchers, but also solves non-standard problems on weighing and batching directly according to the technical specifications of the Customer. These are special batchers of discrete and continuous operation, hopper scales and their reconstruction, systems of the multicomponent batching, automized systems of the freight flows account of the manufacturers of mining and smelting complex, chemical, agricultural complex, food (manufacturing) industry and so forth. The company constantly works over the improvement of quality and reliability of the articles: - application of imported component parts and their incoming inspection; - climatic and mechanical tests of the finished articles; - metrological certification (checking) of each manufactured sample; - service of the delivered equipment. All these allowed to achieve high reliability of scales. The company is one of the founders of the scales manufacturer association of Ukraine "UkrVAGA" , founded in 1999. In 2003 by the decision of the Assembly of the business communities of Ukraine SPF "Sweda, LTD" had been awarded by the sign «The highest standard» for the high quality, technical level and competitiveness of the manufactured production. SPF "Sweda, LTD" is included to the number of leaders of Ukraine on export of manufactured production and is awarded by the medal "Exporter of the year" in 2010. Scales and batchers of the company are operated at the enterprises of Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Armenia, Baltic, Uzbekistan, Kirghizia and other countries. The scales are sertificated in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan. Since 1992 more than 3000 articles have been manufactured by experts of the company and delivered to 16 countries.
