The flow pack type of package is made of a two-layer laminated material, which provides the possibility of packing a product in a modified gas environment, guarantees a long shelf life of the product and ensures an easy opening of the package. The high-quality reproduction of the design is achieved using flexographic printing and selective application of matte varnish, which brings forward the smallest elements of design, giving the consumer the specifics about the product and its taste. The golden effect of printing is achieved by applying CMYK ink without a white background. The laminate consists of two homogeneous materials and is easily recyclable. Wipes Smile Smile baby Newborn wipes have been created with love for your baby. The packing guarantees reliable protection of the wipes and convenience in their use. To keep a wipe moist and have it contain the necessary substances in the impregnating lotion, we have specially developed a material that prevents those components from volatilizing, is neutral with respect to the packaged product and eliminates migration of the packaging components inside the package. For manufacturing wipes the same ingredients and technology have been applied as for production of packaging for foods. High-quality design reproduction is achieved using high-tech multicolor flexo printing with selective matte varnishing.
