• At the stage of recruitment – program «Rising Stars» aims to attract and develop young specialists and graduates from the best Ukrainian universities in order to create strong professional management team for the future. «Internships in the outlets of UkrSibbank» – a program for those who want to get a first experience in banking, get acquainted with the structure and the features of the work in the international financial institutions, as well as learn the basics of banking applications.

• For  newcomers – an adaptation program «On-boarding». It aims to accelerate the integration of new employees  into the new team. The program helps them to be integrated quickly and efficiently into UkrSibbank.


• During employment – the program «Lead for Growth». The program aims to support UkrSibbank best performers/ key talents professional development. Throughout the year, studying specially designed program by Kyiv School of Economics (KSE), participants are involved into the corporate training programs and projects, which at the moment are highly important for the UkrSibbank development  and strategic goals achievement. Another opportunity for professional development is «Educational Portal», which is a resource for employees’ distance learning that includes a wide range of electronic courses.
