Kempel House

Kempel House was built in 1909. Its author is the outstanding Riga's architect Eyzhen Laube. The building was designed in the typical style of the Latvian national romanticism in the center of Latvian capital. Today it is an architectural monument which is protected by the state and UNESCO.

Large-scale reconstruction of the building in September 2013 turned Kempel House in modern residential complex. Architects and builders managed to keep the unique character of the old building as well as added modern functionality and comfort.

Several citizens of Latvia, Germany, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan have already become the owners of apartments in this outstanding building.
