Roman Riabenko specialises mostly in project finance, corporate structuring, and regulatory requirements. He participated in projects and provided legal advice in areas of construction, agriculture, and energy.
He has experience of legal due diligence, structuring of and assistance in deals and auctions with respect to corporate rights, securities, real estate, and other assets, including deals and auctions on exchanges. He also provided legal assistance in creation and operation of asset management companies and investment funds.
In 2014, he participated as a team member in FHI 360 & USAID project in public-private partnership area concerning legal barriers to road concession projects in Ukraine, required changes to legislation, and legal risks management possibilities.
