COMMITMENT TO THE GOSPEL The truth of the Gospel saves us from our sins. We need it not only at the moment of our repentance, but throughout our lives. The Gospel needs to penetrate every area of our lives, both as individual Christians and as a church as a whole. DEEP STUDY OF THE WORD The Bible is the inerrant, authoritative and sufficient revelation by God of Himself. The study of the Bible is the requirement for spiritual growth. MENTORING FOR EVERYONE Healthy Christian spiritual development takes place when a more mature Christian helps a less experienced Christian learn how to live and overcome difficulties in obeying Christ. We try to get every member of the church into a mentoring relationship. COMMUNITY OF THE SAINTS Christian life requires consistency in fellowship between Christians. Sunday church services and regular meetings with in small groups provide the opportunity for this fellowship. SERVING WITH SPIRITUAL GIFTS The Lord gives His Church the necessary means for effective ministry. It is the responsibility of every Christian to apply his/her talents for the general good of the church. LOVING RELATIONSHIPS Openness and acceptance of one another, openness to new people, mutual forgiveness, concern and help in times of need, wise reproach and counsel, all of these and more should characterize Christian life. Loving relationships are the most effective method of evangelism. EVANGELISM TO THE ENDS OF THE EARTH The proclamation of the Gospel to every person is the great commission given by Christ Himself to His disciples.
