Olena Perepelynska has extensive experience in representing agricultural companies in international arbitration under a variety of international arbitration rules, including the rules of GAFTA, FOSFA, the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and others.

Andrew Zablotskyi has been advising leading Ukrainian agricultural associations, global and local agroholdings and traders, international donors and state-owned companies on a variety of issues including international trade, GR and export-import transactions.  Andrew is also a regular member of various international and governmental working groups on development of Ukrainian agricultural legislation.
