Tatyana Slipachuk listed as a foreign arbitrator of Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration

Tatyana Slipachuk, partner at Sayenko Kharenko, was listed as a foreign arbitrator of Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) (also known as South China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission).

Established in 1983 in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, SCIA is an arbitration institution founded to resolve the contract disputes and other property rights disputes amongst individuals, legal entities and other institutions from domestic China and overseas. It is nationally the first to include arbitrators from foreign jurisdictions on its panel in 1984. More than one-third of the members of the commission are from outside Mainland China. There are 232 arbitrators from 42 foreign jurisdictions in the present SCIA Panel of Arbitrators. Currently, Mrs. Slipachuk is the only representative from the CIS countries in SCIA.

Mrs. Slipachuk is a Chartered Arbitrator, an AAA neutral, listed as an arbitrator in major international arbitral institutions. Most recently, Tatyana was named No.1 Arbitration Lawyer in Ukraine according to the Who is Who. Ukrainian Law Firms 2014 directory by Yuridicheskaya Practika.
