Sayenko Kharenko’s counsel spoke at the II International Legal Forum on commercial arbitration and international trade law ICC Lex Mercatoria

Olena Perepelynska, Counsel with Sayenko Kharenko, spoke at the II International Legal Forum on commercial arbitration and international trade law ICC Lex Mercatoria, which took place on 29 November in Minsk.

This Forum identified the most topical issues of international commercial arbitration and international trade. Participants of the Forum, including prominent experts in the field, discussed various issues of commercial disputes settlement and shared their views on the modern trends in international arbitration, recent arbitration practice of different arbitral institutions.

Olena spoke in the second session entitled "Force Majeure and hardship circumstances". Mrs. Perepelynska focused her presentation on the force majeure in arbitration practice involving Ukrainian parties and Ukrainian circumstances.

Mrs. Perepelynska also participated as arbitrator in the moot-court competition on International Trade Law and International Commercial Arbitration, which followed the Forum and took place from 30 November till 2 December, 2013.
