Sayenko Kharenko’s lawyers took part in arbitration events for young lawyers

13 November 2013, Sayenko Kharenko’s lawyers, Tatyana Slipachuk, Partner, and Olena Perepelynska, Counsel, took part in two arbitration workshops for young lawyers.

Tatyana Slipachuk moderated the roundtable discussion of the workshop “Building a Career in International Arbitration” hosted by Ukrainian Arbitration Association jointly with International Centre for Dispute Resolution Young & International (ICDR Y&I) in Alfavito Hotel, Kyiv.  Notable speakers included arbitration lawyers from leading Ukrainian and international law firms, who shared their own experience in practicing international arbitration and provided students and young lawyers with valuable pieces of advice how to break into the international arbitration world and become successful international arbitration practitioner. The discussion was followed by Q&A session.

Olena Perepelynska acted as a member of the organizing committee and one of the moderators of the workshop “Strategy Considerations in International Arbitration” hosted by Young ICCA. The workshop comprised two sessions focusing on the international arbitration strategy both prior to and at the hearings. The featured speakers of the workshop provided deep insight into the practical aspects of all stages of preparation of the case in both commercial and investment arbitration.
