PJSC “Brovary plastic plant” management focuses on technological innovations in the field of polymer processing, because the present realities require continuous improvement in both production capacity and continuous improvement of the product quality. Quite interesting and promising for our experts there considered the technology of 3D printing. Great prospects of such technology lie in the production of small-scale parties of complex fittings. On September 16, 2016 at the Olimpiysky National Sports Complex, in the city of Kyiv, 3D Print Conference Kiev was hosted, which is considered to be the largest Ukrainian site annually visited by thousands of people. For years, our representatives have been involved in the event. We hope that this event will become annual and soon 3D printing technology of polymers will take a high place in production. 22.07.16 New PVC-U casing pipes producers The year 2016 in the processing of polymeric materials was marked by new PVC-U casing pipes producers emergence. Accordingly, the methods of competition have also changed. This year there have been recorded attempts to copy our PVC-U well pipes of 125×6.0 mm. It is known that a copy is always worse than the original, so unscrupulous competitors could copy only the color and shade of our products, but the quality is much to be desired. In reference, to protect against counterfeiting, there was introduced labeling of PVC-U well pipes of 125×6.0 mm by the method of hot print. We are sorry to observe that PVC-U well pipes show worse quality at the market every year. Competition becomes more and more adjustable in sense of the financial reasons and less relevant to the quality. For the period of over 50 years PJSC “Brovary plastic plant” has been one of the leaders in the production of PVC pipes in general and for wells in particular. A wide range of quality proven over the years and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes makes our products reliable and durable.
