Oleg Kachmar has been with Vasil Kisil & Partners law firm since 2005. 

His main areas of practice are litigation and enforcement proceedings.

Oleg handles cases involving real estate and construction disputes, in particular disputes arising from land relations and under lease agreements, as well as disputes with bodies of the State Architecture and Construction Inspectorate of Ukraine, the State Agency for Land Resources of Ukraine, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, and prosecution authorities. He also specializes in litigation involving insurance and lending disputes. Oleg has extensive experience in handling cases before administrative courts in the context of disputes related to state registration and procurement of original and generic medicinal products and defense of the rights to protection of registration information (data exclusivity).
