Implementing the latest innovative developments, upgrading logistical base of construction and establishing ancillary business units, Construction Complex in a short time surged to the top ranks among Kyiv’s property developers with over 585 thousand sq.m of newly-built housing. Today, Kovalska Group is constantly among the industry’s ten leading enterprises.
During years in business Construction Complex has become a quite independent organization successfully building residential complexes and industrial, public and special-purpose properties of any degree of complexity, performs reconstructions and major renovations. Kovalska ICG’s construction department is capable of handling the full scope of construction projects in Kyiv and the Kyiv Oblast, both as a general contractor and developer.
During decade Construction Complex has erected 30 residential, administrative and industrial buildings. Completed in 2007, the 36-storey apartment building, the tallest residential edifice in Ukraine which became the visiting card of Kyiv’s Kharkivskyi Housing Estate, was Construction Complex’s special achievement. In addition, we were actively involved in reconstruction of Olimpiiskyi National Sports Complex and erected assembled large-span reinforced-concrete frame structures of Terminal A at Kyiv Airport (Zhuliany) and various retail and entertainment and sports complexes.
All projects built by Kovalska ICG Construction Complex were completed, without exception, right on or even ahead of schedule. It became possible, first of all, thanks to availability of the full cycle producing all the necessary components: from own quarries, manufacturing plants, production complexes, motor vehicles and innovative developments to highly-professional managers and specialists of construction industry.
Today, Construction Complex employs 400 persons, including engineering and technical personnel. Among them are specialists whose portfolio boasts huge experience in construction industry which helps them implement the most technologically advanced projects. Construction Complex has a fleet of modern specialized machinery, new-generation equipment and materials that ensure maximum mechanization of any construction projects.
