One of the main shareholders of the airline is Atlasjet Havacilik A.S. (Turkey). The fleet of the airline consists the modern aircrafts of Airbus A320 models. The airline received a license for providing the services on transportation of passengers, cargo by air transport from State Aviation Administration of Ukraine in April 2014, and in April 2015 received the certificate to perform commercial air transportation. Its first flight on the route Kiev-Lvov the airline completed on June 18, 2015. Since August 2015 Atlasjet Ukraine has been using the Atlasglobal trade mark. The main activity of Atlasglobal is international passenger and cargo transportation, charter flights. Atlasglobal performs regular international flights from Lvov, Kharkov and Zaporozhye to Ataturk airport in Istanbul, from Istanbul – to the cities of Turkey, Northern Cyprus, Europe, Russia, Caucasus, Central Asia and Middle East. In March 2016, Atlasglobal successfully passed an audit to comply with the current standards of operational safety of the International Air Safety Association and was included in the register of IOSA Operational Safety Audit. During the flights, the airline provides passengers in two classes of service EkonomiPlus and Business Class a variety of complimentary meals and beverages.
