Alla Bronishevskaya has served as General Counsel and Vice President of Atlantic Group for eighteen years.  She is also a member of Atlantic Group board.

She is experienced in corporate law, corporate governance, IP law, litigation, investment, and M&A.  

Ms. Bronishevskaya was admitted to the Ukrainian Bar Association in 1996, and holds membership in the European Business Association, the American Chamber of Commerce, the International Fiscal Association of Ukraine, and the Strategy, Business Innovation Group of Kyiv-Mohyla Business School.  

She earned a Master’s Degree in law from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 1999 and a dual diploma in International Management and Business Administration (MBA) from Kyiv-Mohyla Business School (KMBS) of National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy in 2003. In 2004, she studied in the MBA International Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management in Chicago, U.S.

She is active in her community and volunteers with the Ukrainian Freedom Fund.  

Alexander Dresvyanky is Chief Financial Officer of Atlantic Group holding company. In this role, he is responsible for the financial strategies and all financial management for Atlantic Group and its subsidiaries. He is a member of Atlantic Group board.  
Mr. Dresvyanky has over ten years of experience in the financial area and hundreds of successful cases in financial and strategic management, as well as experience in planning and oversight.
He graduated with distinctions from Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics, Faculty of Economy and Law, and is earning an additional degree from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
