He is a qualified Attorney-at-law (Bar's license No. 0784 of 13/03/1998). Sergiy is an expert in international private law. Born on 26/12/1955 in Lviv region, Ukraine. He graduated from secondary school with awards (golden medal). 1964-1967 - was on the military service. Education: Patrice Lumumba Peoples' Friendship University, Moscow, (Law Degree, qualification - lawyer, translator from English). After graduation from the university Sergiy worked in India as a member of the group of specialists of the State Committee of the USSR Council of Ministers for Foreign Economic Relations. In 1986-1991 Sergiy worked for Prosecution Authorities. In 1993-1996 he worked at the Department of foreign economic relations of Dnipropetrovs'k Regional State Administration. In 2001-2005 he worked and resided mostly in Cyprus. Sergiy is fluent in English, Russian, Ukrainian.
