I have a master’s degree in psychological science, graduated Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University.I have a senior level, full life-cycle IT Recruiter with 5 years of experience in recruiting. Currently I present EPAM Systems Company in Ukraine, Kyiv. My duties are sourcing, interviewing and assisting IT candidates such as developers, architects, project managers, business systems analysts, testers, etc. and placed them with various client projects. There are positions in which I work: Java Developer, .Net Developer, C++ Developer, Oracle Developer, PHP developer, Python developer, Business Analyst, QA specialists, SAP specialist. Also, I have a practice in searching of DataWarehouse, Business Objects and Business Intelligence professionals. Almost all developer positions were closed by people with Middle, Senior and Lead level. I have an experience in closing on-site (USA) vacancies, among them are: Senior/Lead Java and .Net positions. Usually, I work on high priority projects/vacancies, which need a specific attention and orient on the short timelines and have to deliver exact amount of resources for the clients.
