Громадський Простір пропонує широкий спектр інтерактивних сервісів для підвищення ефективності роботи неурядових організацій України та сприяє міжсекторній взаємодії НУО (медіа, органи влади, соціально відповідальний бізнес) – на регіональному та національному рівнях. На сьогодні Громадський Простір адмініструє і розвиває 2 веб-проекти: Громадський Простір – prostir.ua Європейський Простір – eu.prostir.ua Щодня громадські активісти, журналісти, науковці, держслужбовці і просто зацікавлені громадяни отримують інформацію, необхідну для їхньої поточної діяльності і накреслення стратегічних завдань. ІАЦ “Громадський Простір” свої зусилля спрямовує на те, щоб Центр сприймався вже не просто як джерело оперативної та актуальної інформації про діяльність неурядових організацій (НУО), але й як медіатор інформаційно-комунікаційних процесів та подій в третьому секторі. _______ NGO Information Analytical Center “Civic Space” NGO Information Analytical Center “Civic Space” was established in October 2005. The aim of the Centre – strengthening the influence of civil society in Ukraine and involving the public in discussions on current social issues through the development of ICT projects and initiatives. IAC “Civic Space” constantly cooperates with representatives of civil society by providing them with information support, promoting their initiatives, establishing partnerships for their implementation, discussion of legislative documents etc. Projects of IAC “Civic Space” are reliable information channels for Ukrainian stakeholders. Among the recipients of our information are known institutions: Governments, Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine, UNDP in Ukraine, foreign embassies, local governments, Ministries and departments, key media of the country. Among the active projects of the Center are: – Portal “Civic Space” Portal “Civic Space” accumulates different information that can be used by representatives of NGOs, government, business, media, and all who are interested in the development of the third sector and civil society. Web-portal (www.civicua.org) acts as a platform to express opinions and suggestions of Ukrainian NGO, statements and requests, comments and discussion of legislation etc. Portal has become a powerful media-voice of civil society in Ukraine. But its sphere is not limited by covering only the third sector information. Here you can find a wide range of important issues of social and humanitarian life of our country, so, the target audience is quite broad. Currently IAC “Civic Space” implements its information component in 4 directions (in parallel) • moderation / editing of the information sent by NGOs or other institutions, which have interesting information for active public • creation of own materials (articles, reports, surveys, interviews) • Searching and translation of useful information about study opportunities abroad, participation in international projects, competitions, conferences, etc. • monitoring and republication of interesting for our audience information During these years we regularly continue to highlight\cover important social events that reflect the contribution of the third sector in solving tasks that are important for whole society. We engage high level specialists in information technology, journalism, PR, project management.
