Minimum documents Rental Condition Necessary documents 1. Passport (you should be not younger than 21); 2. Driver’s license (with at least 2 years of driving experience); 3. Credit card. Payment We only accept credit card as a payment for car rental.We accept Visa and/or MasterCard. We do not accept American Express, Visa Electron and/or Maestro. With signing a Car Rental Agreement total fee is charged and a deposit amount is blocked on the card. The fare includes: - basic insurance; - 24/7 service support. Basic insurance is a financial liability of a customer in case of a car accident limited by his franchise. Franchise is a due amount of customer’s liability within which he is responsible for the rented car damage or theft. A standard daily fare means 24 hours of car usage. In case the 24h limit is exceeded for more than 59min we charge another full daily fare for each of the following rental days. Minimum car rental period is 24 hours. When a car is returned earlier than assigned in a Car Rental Agreement we recalculate the final amount to be charged in accordance with valid fares. A customer’s responsibility A car damage or theft is limited by a franchise. We highly recommend return a car after cleaning to optimize any damage fixation. Deposit A deposit depends on a car group. A deposit amount is blocked at the time of signing a Car Rental Agreement and is unblocked when a car is returned, providing all the rental conditions and Car Rental Agreement clauses are kept to. Please pay attention: deposit amount is unblocked within the international bank time frames. Deposit amount and car groups: - Skoda Fabia/VW Polo/Hyundai Accent – 500€ - Renaul Fluence/Renault Megane/Ford Focus – 700€ - Nissan Qashqai - 1000€ - Ford Mondeo – 1000€ - VW Touareg - 1800€ Fueling You rent a car with a full tank. With the same full tank a car is accepted for return. Additional service: 1. Child car-seat: 1 day - 5€, maximum for the rental period - 20€; 2. GPS navigation: 1 day - 5€, maximum for the rental period - 20€; 3. Additional driver: 10€ (in case you need a car to be driven by another driver); 4. Car return at out-of-office hours: 15€ (working hours 9:00 - 18:00, Mon-Fri); 5. Another city drop-off: cost is additionally calculated by our manager; 6. Car return with no full tank: 1 l - 1.5€; 7. No cross-border rentals. Car Rental in Ukraine The demand for car rental service is steadily growing. Temporary or permanent absence of own vehicle, lack of free company cars or other nuances can become a real problem at the rapid pace of modern life. Car rental comes to the rescue, when it is necessary to drive around for a long time, meet relatives or go on vacation with family, give friends a lift, organize an event or meet a business partner or an important guest. Relatively inexpensive and affordable car rental in Ukraine on favourable terms is a true salvation in case of breakage or lack of personal car. The History of Global Car Rental The history of global car rental is more than one hundred years old. It is believed that the first entrepreneur in this area was Joe Saunders, who launched his small business in the US state of Nebraska. Back in 1916 he offered car rental to all the interested persons, using own Ford for this purpose. According to the legend, the first customer of Sanders was a merchant, who was late for a date. Whatever it was, by the year of 1925 already a small business reached new heights, and car rental branches were available in more than twenty states. Of course, the Great Depression reduced the demand for such services over time, but the mechanism had already been launched. Another pioneer of the car rental movement was Walter Jacobs, who established his own company in Chicago in 1918. As early as at the age of 22 years old, Jacobs began his business. At first, his fleet of motor vehicles consisted of twelve Fords, which he repaired and serviced on his own. Annual revenue and the enterprise opportunities were gradually growing, and later Jacobs resold the business to John Hertz, the owner of the Hertz Transport Company, which became one of the largest in the world over time. The car rental reached its full prosperity after the Second World War, when economics, business, and correspondingly, the transport industry began to actively develop. Many well-known market leaders nowadays appeared already in the 40-s. Gradually the service spread worldwide. Today, car rental in Ukraine is in demand in all cities and regions, depriving motorists of a pile of problems.
