Watch your neckties, dear lawyers! Or welcome to Minsk Legal Forum!

Atthe end of October Minsk is going to become a space for a dialogue between lawyers. On October 20-22 it hosts Minsk Legal Forum2016 – an informal legal forum for legal professionals from the CIS countries and near abroad.

Alexander Stepanovski, a member of the Executive Committee of the MLF-2016, said that the 2015 Forum had been held in such a warm and friendly atmosphere, and it had had such a positive feedback from our colleagues, that we decided to take another chance and invite you to Minsk!

What is Minsk Legal Forum?

  • 3 days of live non-legal communication in legal circles,
  • over 200 representatives of legal businesses from 10 countries of Europe and Asia,
  • new conference format quality,
  • gripping and relevant topics offered by speakers,
  • opportunity to combine practical meetings with fascinating recreational activities,
  • effective platform for making new friends and business contracts.

The theme of the 2016 Forum is 'From Fiery Eyes to Dead Volcanoes, or the Entire Professional Life of a Lawyer in a Day'. More than 200 legal professionals from Europe and Asia will discuss major stages in their careers: from the first win and lose till retirement.

Here is some information regarding the agenda:

The participants shall discuss the 'Rising Stars' of the law market. In particular, Maxim Kulkov, Managing Partner of Kulkov, Kolotilov & Partners Legal Boutique, will confide to us the joys and sorrows of 'rein-free' life after leaving a large and respected legal firm.

Then it shall be time to deliberate on the 'hottest' topics of concern for our colleagues from various countries at the 'High Sun' section. What makes the life of successful lawyers? What errors do they make, and how do they cope with them? What do they dream of? And, finally, what occupational diseases threaten those who strive for success in the law business?

'Parallel Reality' is yet another unconventional session during which the participants will discuss new trends in the law business. Holger Zscheyge, General Director of Infotropic Media will share his vision of the Legal Tech impact on the legal profession worldwide.

In the 'Big Secret for a Small Company' session Dmitry Zabolotny, owner of Dmitry Zabolotny Studio, will share with the participants his observations about the influence of suits on communications.

In the Forum's final session 'Pack it Up and Go' the participants shall hear amusing stories of people who have left jurisprudence and become successful in other spheres.
