Sayenko Kharenko represented the Ukrainian producers of pipes

Sayenko Kharenko's international trade team represented Khartsyzsk Pipe Plant, Ilyich Iron and Steel Works of Mariupol and related companies (Metinvest Group) in the sunset review of anti-dumping measures applied to imports into the Eurasian Economic Union of casing pipe, oilwell tubing, oil and gas piping, hot finished conventional pipes originating in Ukraine. The firm`s legal support included: drafting commentaries on different issues, preparing answers to the questionnaires, calculating dumping margins, etc. Sayenko Kharenko’s team included associates Oleksandra Brovko, Victoriia Mykuliak and Ivan Baranenko, and counsel Anzhela Makhinova and was led by partner Tatyana Slipachuk.
