We have taken the initiative to make comprehensive changes to the city’s IT ecosystem. The partner companies and individual volunteers from IT also provide huge help in solving the problem. Vision We see Kharkiv as the IT capital of Central and Eastern Europe, where the largest Ukrainian and international companies in the field of information technology, pursue innovations and development and share the values ​​of modern society. We see Kharkiv as a city where an e-government operates, the IT elite develops itself, with all the necessary conditions for education, training, practice and sharing IT expertise and skills provided, a city where you can live and work comfortably, the city where the quality of education is the highest in Ukraine. Goals Our goal is to make Kharkiv the main entry point for IT companies in Ukraine & to create the best conditions for IT businesses in the country. We want to create conditions for self-realization of young people in IT technology, modern IT higher education, and decent work for youth and children. We see the IT industry as the base for the city and citizens, which make a huge contribution to its development by providing a variety of IT jobs, higher tax revenues and investments.
