Marchenko Danevych expands capacities in competition and IP

Marchenko Danevych has expanded its team by welcoming a true and notable specialist in Competition and IP, Oleksandr Aleksyeyenko, as a new equity partner of the law firm. He joined the firm on 1 September 2016.

Previously a partner and head of Competition practice at an international law firm with strong presence in Ukraine and the CIS region, Oleksandr has nearly a decade of legal experience in merger clearances and investigations involving unfair competition, abuse of dominant position and anticompetitive behavior. He also has a solid experience of advising clients on issues related to banking and finance, intellectual property, labor and employment.

Over this time Oleksandr has developed an impressive client list.
