Integrites strengthens dispute resolution practice
Integrites announced that Andrey Ryabinin joined the firm as a new partner in the Moscow office.Prior to joining Integrites, Andrey Ryabinin chaired bankruptcy practice in one of the leading Russian law firms Muranov, Chernyakov and Partners. Mr. Ryabinin has more than 10 years of professional expertise in dispute resolution and international arbitration on the territory of the Russian Federation and in foreign jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, the USA, France, etc.
As part of Integrites’ dispute resolution team Andrey Ryabinin will continue to represent clients’ interests in strategic disputes both at the Russian and international level. He will also advise clients in cross-border insolvencies and bankruptcy administration, asset tracing and debt recovery, including pledge and mortgage enforcement and foreclosure, fraud investigation, and on enforcement of decisions and awards made by foreign courts and arbitral tribunals.
Having broad experience in advising state-owned and private banks in the Russian Federation, Andrey Ryabinin will continue to focus on banking litigation, as well as on tracing and freezing of assets of bad faith debtors in foreign jurisdictions with complicated legal regimes in Africa, Asia, Middle and Far East and Latin America.
Andrey Ryabinin advises on projects in such industries as oil and gas, mining, metallurgy and chemicals, and has considerable experience in protecting clients' interests active in such spheres as natural resources, steel production, ferroalloys, heat generation and electricity distribution.
