Aequo advised the leading private equity fund

Aequo has advised the leading private equity fund in the transaction on acquisition of several land plots in Boryspil district of Kiev Region. Pursuant to the transaction terms, the buyer acquired from the foreign investor 100% of shares in the Ukrainian companies holding such land plots. Aequo lawyers performed legal due diligence of the targets, advised on the transaction structure, negotiated and drafted the transaction documents, as well as assisted with the completion procedure. Aequo project team included of counsel Maryna Fedorenko, senior associate Denys Kulgavyi and associate Mykhaylo Soroka, who worked under the supervision of partner Yulia Kyrpa, head of Real Estate and Construction.
