President Petro Poroshenko appointed Oleg Batyuk to the Supervisory Council of Ukreximbank

Oleg Batyuk, managing partner of Dentons in Ukraine, has been appointed as a member of the Supervisory Council of PJSC State Export-Import Bank of Ukraine (Ukreximbank) by the Decree of President Petro Poroshenko No. 374 / 2016, effective 30 August 2016.

As the bank’s highest governance body, the Supervisory Council’s role is to protect the interests of the bank as well as those of the state, as its shareholder.  It executes control over the activities of the bank and its Board, and determines the bank’s strategy. It also performs other functions compliant with On Banks and Banking Activity Act of Ukraine.
