ILC EUCON defended Ukrrichflot JSC

Lawyers of the International Legal Center EUCON defended the interests of JSC Ukrrichflot before the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine. The claim on the cancellation of tax notice-decisions was filed by shipping company Ukrrichflot to the State Tax Inspectorate of Kiev. The subject of these decisions was liabilities on CPT and VAT in the total amount of UAH 2,5 million. The court denied the findings of the Tax Inspectorate concerning violation of the norms and methods specified in Article 39 of the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding the unlawful pricing in business operations of the company. Attorney, deputy head of litigation department, Volodymyr Bevza, led by managing partner, attorney, Yaroslav Romanchuk, defended the interests of the taxpayer before the court.
