AVELLUM advised Altran, a global leader in innovation and high‐tech engineering consulting, on the acquisition of Lohika, a software engineering services firm.

Latham & Watkins LLP acted as the global legal advisor to Altran, while AVELLUM advised on Ukrainian law matters, such as a Ukrainian merger control clearance and Ukrainian aspects of the transaction documents.

With the integration of Lohika, Altran takes a new step towards its positioning as a leader in software engineering and R&D in North America. The transaction will also allow Altran to reinforce its solutions portfolio in the development of software products.
