Nataliya Denysenko Producer & co-founder of Beloesuhoe Started as a TV-journalist shortly to become an editor of a number of popularmagazines Nataliya turned into the TV production business. After successful production of several TV shows she has been distinguished by nomination for the prestigious Ukrainian Teletiumph Awards in 2012 for show called “Durnev+1”. Melnyk Viacheslav Director, DoP, co-founder of Beloesuhoe Viacheslav directed the biggest reality-show in Georgia called “The Police Academy”. He also co-authored and directed documentary series about women-prisoners called “Lost Life” that has participated in several festivals. Now Viacheslav is working with great inspiration on TV commercials. We are also proud to reveal a secret that he is finalizing the script of his first feature film. Anastasia Drizo Producer & co-founder of Beloesuhoe Anastasia has been working in video production in Ukraine and Georgia for 10 years. She has made all the way up from the news-journalist and TV-presenter to a producer. Her greatest achievements are “Police Academy” for IMEDI TV (Georgia), and “Lost Life” (documentary). Now she has decided to be on the other side of the camera. In Beloesuhoe she is involved in project management as well as managing actor’s style, due to her distinguished talent as a stylist. Max Shkrid First Assistant Director Max has been working in Beloesuhoe since opening. He is professionally growing together with our production. Max is always eager to learn new things and to experiment with new equipment and technology. His most challenging project was “ Kosyrna Marshrutka” show for NLO-TV where he had to work for many days all day in awful weather conditions. Pavel Martynov Film Editor, Colorist Pavel has been working for television since the age of 11. He was a reporterfor a children’s show. He continued working as TV-presenter till he was 19and then got more interested in production. His most recent achievements include working as a director and producer of the documentary series Nasledie Zemli on Kazakh state channel Khabar. Before that he was theassisting the director of the movie “What Do Men Talk About” (O Chem Govoriat Muzhchiny). He dreams to be nominated for Oscar. Ruslan Fostiy Graphic Designer Having worked for 5 years for the regional TV-channels Ruslan has achieved the top of his career in the region and moved to the capital to work with Beloesuhoe. He started with us as a film editor but got involved in the graphics design. Ruslan dreams of creating graphics for the top world TV shows. Elena Perekopayko Production Manager Working on TV was Elena’s childhood dream. She has moved to the capital specially to fulfill her dream. She is excited about any opportunity to put her hands to any type of work even the smallest one of a helper. Shebecame indispensable and we cannot imagine working without her. Elena is very young and her biggest achievements are still ahead of her. Victor Klimenko Camera Operator, Film Editor Creative shooting, fresh ideas in film editing, stylish motion design and auteur color correction are staples that distinguish Victor among his colleagues. Hegained an invaluable experience while working for STB TV-channel wh ere he had to shoot the most rated Ukrainian projects such as “Embarrassing Bodies” (Ya Soromlus Svogo Tila). He loves all his shootings and also loves editing music videos. Vasyliy Krempa Equipment manager Vasyliy is a renowned specialist in shooting equipment. He has avast experience of working for such TV giants as 1+1 and Technomedia. Vasyliy is a Teletriumph 2011 award nominee. The shooting under his management always operates perfectly and without failures. Roman Edison Sound Designer Roman is a perfect combination of responsibility,professionalism, extraordinary sense of humor and looks His previous experience includes working with STB and TET channels. His largest projects are “Do You Think You Can Dance”, “X-factor”, “Ukraine Got Talent”, and “The Bachelor”. Roman is currently working on his talent as a composer. Eugen Baratov Film Editor Eugen has been working in media production for more than 6 years thus trying all stages of the process. Being the producer and director of digital projects, TV programmes, documentaries he has finally stopped his choice at film editing. In Beloesuhoe, Eugen effectively combines creativity, editing and group work management. Alexander Olialin 3D-Animator Alexander is one of the youngest in Beloesuhoe team. Nevertheless he is the one with the most experience. He has created his first animated film in 2003. He says he found his the most beloved team in 2014 when joined us. Alexander spends all his working hours at the computer but is very afraid of looking like a geek.
