Dinacharya for Radical Self Change Dinacharya is a Sanskrit word derived from two root words: "dina" meaning day and "acharya" meaning behavior or regimen. Dinacharya, therefore, means daily routine. In fact, one of the most important things for radical self change is to create a healthy daily routine.
