We select crews thoroughly to the satisfaction of our clients, always in strict compliance with STCW regulations and as per latest technical standards. ITF or NON-ITF packages are available. Our Employment Contract covers following services: Highest pre-selection standards Briefing / de-briefing of joining and repatriating of crews Travel arrangement via own travel office Medical examinations by own approved doctor when required Implementation and follow-up of Drug & Alcohol Policy Control of proper qualification and certification of crews Selection by experienced senior management staff English language test with computer testing Supply uniform outfit / working clothes of high quality as per client's request, in-house training on request.
