The Symposium's 90-minute discussions -- which feature national and international thought leaders -- are offered monthly at NDU, off the record and under Chatham House Rule. Past speakers include LTG H.R. McMaster and Gen. Paul J. Selva, VCJCS. The March 20 Symposium will feature GEN Curtis Scaparrotti, Commander of USEUCOM and SACEUR.
