Quite the reverse, we are proud to state that we were established when all law firms faced difficult economic environment. We hired personnel when the others fired. We are the law firm which offered high-quality services and rich expertise in focused spheres at the breaking of the day of our work. We do not associate our success with growing into world’s largest law firm – we are happy with understanding that our continuous efforts towards excellence and focus on supporting client’s needs the most efficient way are invaluable for the clients. The small-firm approach is our power. It gives us a unique opportunity to demonstrate group cohesion and team spirit alongside with individual outstanding professional skills and vivid imagination of our people. These features being of vital importance are implemented into our corporate culture and provide high-quality legal support, assistance to our clients and complete satisfaction of even their occasionally extremely high demands. Being an independent law firm we determine the level of flexibility in cooperation with clients and/or other law firms/professionals on our own. Certainly, these are not the least of the factors important for starting and doing business in Ukraine and company's performance. But our exclusiveness implies much more. First-class quality, complete and detailed involvement and true dedication to work are those unsurpassed guidelines directing our performance on devoting ourselves to each client exclusively instead of using general extensive approach and hackneyed methods of the directories of the largest Ukrainian and international law firms. Our aim is to keep in step with time solving the most challenging and burning issues of the day. A short-lived success and nine days’ wonder are not our goal. We never stop at what has been accomplished. Our greatest duty is to think about permanent well-being of both, our clients and our people meaning well-being of the whole society.
