On July 8, the Chamber participated in the meeting devoted to clarifications of procedures of Conclusions of the State Sanitary-Epidemiological Expertise (hereinafter – Conclusions) issuance and signing held by the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine

Participants with Chamber experts and Government representatives discussed impact of the Government’s regulation of prices on food producers 

Participants covered questions of authorization, accreditation and respective criteria for commercial laboratories to operate on the market

On June 13, the Chamber took an active part in the meeting with Ostap Semerak, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine and his Team, including Deputy Ministers, advisors, and heads of key departments. Business Ombudsman Algirdas Šemeta as well as representatives of other business associations were present at the meeting for an inclusive dialogue with Minister Semerak.

We aimed to define major pain points faced by investors in the sphere of IPR and raised awareness among the general public of Ukraine

On June 10, Chamber Members were engaged in an open discussion with Stepan Kubiv who outlined the priorities of the Ministry of Economic Developments and Trade of Ukraine (MEDT) for this year, which include inter alia minimal interference in business affairs and deregulation. Participants discussed concept of IPR Reform suggested by the Ministry, as well as a number of essential draft laws
