    • PLAY 60

NFL PLAY 60 is the National Football League’s youth health and fitness campaign. Designed to help tackle childhood obesity, PLAY 60 focuses on making the next generation of kids the most active and healthy by encouraging them to get at least 60 minutes of physical activity every day. The Chicago Bears implement the PLAY 60 message through a variety of in-school, after-school, web-based and youth-targeted programs – all emphasizing the importance of physical fitness and healthy lifestyles. The Chicago Bears encourage kids throughout Chicagoland to…Get Up and Play, 60 Minutes a Day! For more information on NFL PLAY 60, please visit www.NFLRUSH.com.

    • PLAY 60 Challenge

The Chicago Bears and American Heart Association (AHA) join forces to present the Bears PLAY 60 Challenge fitness program in area schools each year. The Challenge aims to educate students about staying fit by creating an engaging environment to compel students to be physically active for at least 60 minutes every day - both in school and at home. The school that logs the highest average minutes of physical activity per student over the four-week period is awarded with a visit to their school by a Bears player and Staley. In addition, the schools that finish in the top three receive a PLAY 60 fitness grant from the Bears and AHA.

      Fuel Up to PLAY 60

Fuel Up to PLAY 60 is an interactive program that allows students to decide how to make their school a healthier place. Kids earn prizes by taking challenges and playing games with their classmates. Launched by the National Dairy Council and NFL, in collaboration with the USDA, the program helps students make positive changes by improving opportunities to consume nutrient-rich foods and get at least 60 minutes of daily physical activity. Visit www.FuelUptoPLAY60.com for more information.

      NFL PLAY 60 Super School

This initiative encourages students to be physically active while showing pride for their hometown NFL team. One school in each of the 32 NFL markets is named an NFL PLAY 60 Super School and receives a $10,000 youth health and wellness grant, along with a visit from a player on their local team. • Bears/United Way Hometown Huddle

Hometown Huddle is a day of service in all 32 NFL markets. The Bears support this project locally each year by providing new spaces for children to be active.

    • Coaches' Bike Giveaway

The Bears coaching staff uses bicycles instead of golf carts to get around the Olivet Nazarene University campus each year during Bears Training Camp in Bourbonnais. Following the last camp practice, the coaches donate the bikes to area children to help them stay physically active throughout the year.
