There are many parking garages within a few blocks walking distance to the venue. Please allow yourself extra time to park before arriving at the venue. Street parking is also available. Please be sure to pay close attention to any parking restrictions. Box Office Information + The box office is located on St. St. Mary's between Crockett and Commerce. Box Office Hours: Monday - Friday 12:00 - 6:00 PM Saturday 12:00 - 4:00PM If an event is scheduled on a Sunday, the Box Office will be open 2 hours prior to door time. *Box office sales are subject to applicable service charges. *To purchase tickets over the phone, please call Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000 * To purchase tickets online visit www.theaztectheatre.com Types of Payment Accepted + Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express Will Call + Will Call tickets can be picked up at the Box Office starting to 2 hours prior to doors on the day of the event only. Please be sure to have the following: A VALID PHOTO ID, THE ACTUAL CREDIT CARD USED TO PURCHASE THE TICKETS, AND YOUR ORDER NUMBER. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets cannot be replaced. General Rules + Camera Policy Personal cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval.
