The four doctor staff has over 80 years of medical experience ranging from ACL injuries of the knee and labral tears of the shoulder to concussions, spine disorders, and sports related medical disorders. Through maintaining close relationships with players and staff athletic trainers, the Seahawks team physicians ensure quick recoveries from on-field injuries and provide the guidance needed to help prevent future injuries. ELIAS EDWARD KHALFAYAN, M.D. Clinical Focus Dr. Khalfayan is an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery. In addition to being a team physician for the Seattle Seahawks, he is also Medical Director and orthopedic team physician for the Seattle Mariners.
