Strange Video of 'Ice Monster' Recorded in Alaska

I looks like a real fish is swimming, but I do not believe it is a "ice monster". I think it is just a animal or even a subject is moving. I do not know.

Well we have only explored a minor part of sea life in the world so I'm not surprised if we find a new fish and this could be one of them
