The Sweepstakes starts at 12:00:00 AM on August 10, 2016 and closes at 11:59:59 PM on December 7, 2016 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). All references in these rules are Pacific Time, which shall control for all purposes of this Sweepstakes. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Washington who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees of the Sponsor, the National Football League and its member clubs (including the Seattle Seahawks), and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies (collectively "Sweepstakes Parties") and the officers, directors and employees of each of these entities and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members, whether or not related, of each of these people are not eligible to participate. Six (6) random drawings will be conducted on December 8, 2016 to determine the 6 finalists. The random drawings will be conducted under the direct supervision of the Seahawks. The 6 finalist will be notified by phone on or around December 8th, 2016 and invited to the December 15th, 2016 game with one (1) guest each to the Seahawks game at CenturyLink Field where the Grand Prize will be awarded. Winners will be announced upon a random drawing of the 6 finalist entries. Must be present to win. No responsibility is assumed by the Sponsor for any inability of a potential Entrant to successfully enter the Sweepstakes for any reason. WINNER NOTIFICATION/VERIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified by phone on or around December 8, 2016. If a potential winner cannot or does not respond within 2 business days from the first notification attempt, then such person may be disqualified. If the prize notification or Prize is returned as non-deliverable the Prize winner will be disqualified. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, not in compliance with these Official Rules or is unable or unwilling to accept the Prize awarded to him/her in full for any reason, then he/she will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner entrant will be randomly selected from the eligible entries. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes. In the event that the Sponsor is prevented from awarding prizes or continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, the Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated or suspended before the end of the Sweepstakes Period, notice thereof will be posted on the Sweepstakes Website and the Sponsor will (if possible) select winners in a random drawing or drawings from all eligible, non-suspect entries as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination.
