Quality control begins with receipt of raw material to production. Central factory laboratory carries out entrance control of raw material in compliance with the requirements of State Standards. And only on the basis of positive report the raw material is transferred into processing. The further control is carried out by workshop laboratory. The shop laboratory is equipped with modern measuring equipment Windmoller and Holscher German manufacture. This equipment allows to carry out the control of parameters of the product at each production phase in the shortest terms and enables not only to lower to minimum rejects' rate, but also timely liquidate deviations from the norm. The built-in computer carries out processing of test results and that allows to lower labour input to a minimum and to receive objective report in few minutes. When each party of the product is ready the Central factory laboratory carries out final control, visual survey of the party, test of mechanical properties and makes the conclusion on compliance of each party of the goods to the requirements of State Standards' normative documents.
