Tibetans in Dharamsala Commemorate 57th Tibetan Uprising Day

Over a thousand Tibetans and supporters residing in Dharamsala, northern India gathered at the main temple of Tsuklagkhang to mark the 57th Tibetan Uprising Day on March 10, 2016.
Lobsang Sangay, Head of the Tibetan Administration in Exile, and Penpa Tsering, Speaker of the Parliament read the statements of the Tibetan cabinet and parliament at the official function.
The function was followed by a protest march from Tsuklagkhang to Kachari (local Indian headquater) organized by the NGOs in Dharamsala.
