Law on Changes in Court Fees Becoming Effective on September 1, 2015

The Law substantially increasing court fees and making other amendments to the court fee payment procedure will become effective on September 1, 2015. New Probation Rules Proposed

On April 21, 2015 the draft Law, amending probation rules set by the Labour Code, was passed as the basic draft in the first reading. Currently, the Draft is being prepared for the second reading, during which it can be amended.
